As CEO, he is devoted to creating long-term value for stakeholders while prioritising customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Under his direction, StratRoom has grown its global footprint, optimised operations, and solidified its position as a key competitor. Karthik is enthusiastic about establishing a forward-thinking culture, harnessing emerging technology, and assembling high-performing teams committed to attaining excellence.
Saj Abraham
Co-Founder
Saj Abraham is a seasoned entrepreneur and strategist with 24 years of experience in business leadership and digital transformation. As Director at StratRoom, he specializes in strategy consulting, enterprise performance management, enterprise risk management, GRC consulting, ESG consulting, and sustainability CSR. Saj’s entrepreneurial spirit is evident through his success in building and advising startups, mentoring, and investing in emerging businesses.
Saj’s leadership in product-led business models has significantly improved operational performance and profitability at StratRoom. Fluent in multiple languages and a certified expert in Metaverse and Blockchain, he is recognized for his analytical prowess and commitment to innovation, driving the ongoing success of StratRoom.

Srinivasan runs Stratroom’s engineering infrastructure, and keeps Stratroom available, secure, and performant. He comes with 20 + years of experience and strong credentials. Previously, he was managing cloud architecture for IBM Singapore.
